With our IT Health Check service you get a comprehensive review of your IT infrastructure in a clear, categorized report. Based on our years of IT management experience, we will point out what is causing trouble in your infrastructure and recommend viable solutions.
Our report will also suggest areas of improvement, such as which hardware and software should be replaced or updated. Or which resources in your infrastructure are under utilized. |

After you contact us, we will set up an appointment with you to find the most convenient time to perform our survey.
The data gathering on desktop workstations and laptops takes about 5 minutes per machine. During this time the employee cannot use the device.
Servers and network peripherals generally take longer to gather data on, but that will not cause any work time interruptions.
The total audit takes approximately half a day.
After this we will take the data and compile a report, which will be sent to you within three working days. |

Although we do offer competitive and professional maintenance services, our IT Health Check service has absolutely no binding commitment. This way you are free to take the report to your own IT department or another IT services provider. |

The IT Health Check fee is 5.990.000 Rp., all inclusive.
Should you wish to have more than 20 workstations / laptops included in the survey, a 500.000 Rp. charge applies per 10 extra units.

To keep the survey efficient, our IT Health Check is limited to maximum
- 20 desktop workstations and / or laptops
- 2 servers
- 3 network devices (switches, wireless access points, modems, ...)
- 1 physical office location
Additional resources can be included in the Health Check for additional fees (see Cost). However, the idea behind the Health Check report is to give a general overview of the state of your IT infrastructure, so this is generally not required.
The IT Health Check does not include any kind of support services.
The IT Health Check fee is to be paid in full, in advance.
The IT Health Check fee is non refundable except in the following cases:
- We fail to deliver you the report
- The survey is canceled by either party no later than 2 days before it is scheduled
Although our services cover the whole of Indonesia, the offer does not include transportation costs and expenses beyond the greater Jakarta region. These will be agreed upon during our first contact. |
